An impartial mediator helps the parties clarify their disputes, communicate clearly, determine their needs and interests, consider options for settlement, and reach fair agreements. Written agreements are prepared where appropriate or desired. WHO CAN USE MEDIATION?
Anyone with the desire to settle disputes reasonably and at less cost can reach agreement in mediation. Mediation is effective even when conflict and anger is high, and communication has broken down. NCMC MEDIATORS ARE:
